Congregational Meeting
January 27, 2008
11:50 a.m.

The meeting was opened with a prayer by Pastor.

The meeting was called to order by Keith Hanson.

The new slate of Council Officers was announced:
President – Keith Hanson
Vice-President – Vickie Graham
Treasurer – Kevin Pate
Secretary – Charla Hall

Motion: To approve the annual treasurer’s report for the year ending December 31, 2007.
Moved by: Jim Addison
Seconded by: Brian Billetdeaux
Motion approved unanimously by the membership present.

Motion: To approve the 2007 annual report of the church presented to the membership.
Moved by: Walt Brothers
Seconded by: Vickie Graham
Motion approved unanimously by the membership present.
  It was requested that a sentence be added to the annual report section to acknowledge the work of Mark and Sandra Neyman.
